You should consider a product that helps you with portion control. It helps you curb hunger and virtually eliminates compulsive eating and snacking. Most diet pills use to contain the ingredient ephedrine. The Federal Government banned the diet pill makers from using this ingredient making the new diet pills basically worthless. In conjunction the caffeine and the ephedrine helps your body metabolize your fats in food better. Of course try at your own risk. It does give you the jitters and might give you insomnia but it works.

there’s guys i work with that are taking hydroxycut… not sure if its working for them. my own experience- some have actually curbed my appetite, therefore i eat less. lose weight… blah blah blah

the best way to lose weight would be to watch what you eat, and exercise. drink lots of water, and make sure you eat at leat a little bit throughout the whole day.

I have some friends who lost weight with many different diet products, you just got to find the good ones and not the scams! lol I know of a great site that has non biased reviews for all the top weight loss pills, it’s great for what your looking for.

Add Acai berries to that list (of fake diet products). They may have some antioxidant properties but without calorie restriction and exercise, they will NADA.. NOTHING.

None work still, how can a pill make you lose weight?
Think about it, you’re swallowing something that only adds to your food intake, it’s not like a pain killer or medication that fights infection or viruses.

If any pills worked, no one would be fat and you would know what it is by now.

The only reason anyone has lost weight on diet pills is because they were ON a diet.
Dieting healthily is the best and fastest way to lose weight I’m afraid.
