I believe that there has been a recent craze over the Benefits of Acai berries, I’ve researched a little about it and found conflicting views on it. I still want to try it but wonder which of the three types of acai berry blend i shld get https://mymonavie.com/donovanewing/product.asp
namely the monavie monavie active and monavie pulse.
I am already in my late thirties and looking to shed some extra weight with the help of acai berry plus good eating habits and exercise..
after having had 2 kids i have put on quite a bit of weight.
Does anyone have any true authentic success stories to share? and could someone advice on which blend i shld get?
"That good" as in taste good or healthy for you kind of "good?"
Both.
However, if you’re only wanting it for the taste, it’s not worth all that money. My mom used to buy them all the time but we kind of stopped because it’s worth so much. If you’re wanting it to get healthier, (pretty obvious) then yes it’s a good choice to drink Mona Vie because that stuff is really good for your body. FYI it also tastes amazing!:)

Acai berry doesn’t work that I can tell. I’ve heard alli works fairly well if you are doing diet and exercise reliably but nothing is magical.

I’ve been reading up on acai too. So far I found the following.
1) Acai does not help burn fat or loss weight. It’s good because it’s packed with antioxidant…far greater than blue berry etc. Check out the article below.

2) Mona Vie seems to be a regular juice. It’s an MLM success because like other MLM, it’s all about the business (getting recruits etc) not necessarily the product. Check out the article below.

However, I believe acai is still a great product…hence everyone is taking advantage of this. It’s having the find the right company and brand.

The acai craze is just that… a craze. I lived in Brazil and I ate acai a lot. It is used there by surfers because it is very caloric and is used like a energy drink. I know that it is marketed as an easy way to loose weight, but normally when something is too easy it just doesn’t work.
There is also no research that has proven it is linked to weight loss.
