I eat healthy. I work out regularly. I take vitamins. Just seems to be so hard to lose last 5 pounds around the waist. Have any of you tried acai berry supplements, green tea supplements?
I am even thinking of Hydroxycut possibly but kind of scares me..
They don’t really work. They are cleansing and have some minor fat burning properties, but these are practially nonexistent. They help motivate a person, however, to keep up with the diet regimen. Hydroycut gets its name from hydroxycitric acid, which interferes with the Krebs cycle of carbohydrate metabolism. Hydroxycitric acid doesn’t do a lot in practice, however. I believe Hydroycut mainly gets its kick from over-the-counter compounds analogous to Sudafed [and compounds that mimic adrenaline and can cause heart palpitations and aggressiveness.
