Keep away from cooked food in general. Raw fruit and veges will get that weight off. Also try a little slow running. The key is to stick to this for as long as you can.

change your diet and exercise till you sweat. That sweat is all the fried chicken, ice cream, pop tarts, burgers with lots of salty fries pouring out your pores. Shower often as that stuff stinks going in and real bad coming out of you.
