There is no such thing as a "superfood." But it’s always good to eat lots of fruit because most of them are high in vitamin C (which helps to fight infection).

fresh organic fruit, organic spirulina, suma root powder, maca root powder,. There are lots of so called super foods. I don’t really 100% believe in them – the best way is to eat variety of foods, always adding something new on your plate.
